We will be getting together in a circle, in celebration of life, in service of our Divine Mother Earth, on each full moon with a fire, meditation, sharing circle and teachings in various nature locations (weather dependent) around the northern beaches. Meet at sunset, for 2 hours, donation to cover costs only if you wish, teachings are free. Fabio launches his new Yoga and the Bush:

Themed on the 5 Vedic elements, these very experiential sessions are held in different locations where the energy manifests the element presented. Practices are done without props, barefoot and totally out in Nature.

For those mothers who are inspired and willing to continue working on themselves and to grow spiritually, I am supporting them to do the same for their children at no charge, using either natural therapies, Australian bush flower essences, counseling or massage, whatever is appropriate to meet their needs. It is widely known that children are fully within the mother’s energy field for the first 7 years of their life, and imitate what she holds in her unconscious (her energetic patterns) and not her conscious mind (yes it’s a little scary!). This can go two ways, especially in those earlier years. The mother – the child’s first and most important teacher - by growing rapidly herself can be a healthier role model and greatly influence her child’s capacity to fulfill his or her potential in life. This is another essential part of the spiritual creative journey that the two have started together from conception. At her best, she sees her child’s potential and does what she needs to do to help him/her reach it. Otherwise, what she does not deal with in her own subconscious becomes a more ingrained part of the child’s personality to go out into the world with, and in later years, becomes more difficult to influence. So better that we work together to clear limiting beliefs and emotions both in us and our children, to help nurture a whole new generation of empowered individuals! Celebrate the coming of the New Year by setting the right intention and example: a wholesome (radical for New Year's Eve!) evening starting with a transformational Yoga class and meditation with Fabio Fabbri, delicious, healthy vegetarian buffet food, followed by a blissful Kirtan (live music with Yoga chants and dancing) with internationally recognised Sri Prahlada & The Bhakti Band (a master of Kirtan featured in Steven Rosen's book "The Yoga of Kirtan").

Bring along your friends, entire family including of course, your children. The littler ones also get to set their New Year intentions with Art and Craft activities with a Steiner playgroup leader for the duration of the Yoga class. And all that - away from crowds, on the park, just opposite the beach, at Avalon. Sound the perfect way to end the year?
