Our policy for retreat payments:

Please note that alll deposits are non-refundable.

Unless alternative arrangements are made, the booking is secured when full payment is received. We will email you a confirmation letter.

We will happily refund:

• 80% of the total amount paid for cancellations up to 3 months in advance prior to the commencement of the retreat
• 50% of the amount paid for cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the retreat

There will be no refunds for cancellations in the last 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the retreat.

There will be a full refund in the event that the retreat need be cancelled by the organisers.
